Our story
Established since fall of 2005, Apsara Foundation founded by the Reth family. The family owns and runs a medium size travel and tourism firm the Apsara Tours Group in Cambodia for almost 20 years since Cambodia first opened its door to international travellers.
Over the years the company grew into one of the most successful inbound travel company in Cambodia, a testimony of the family success, until today the family holds three main businesses under its wing; inbound travel company, transportation and a hotel hosptality subsidiary, all of which benefits from the growing tourism industry in the country.
Being compassionate and knowing that the family can do more to help Cambodia and its people to recover from its unfortunate past, and to help Cambodia fight against the cruelest human enemy "poverty", the family decided to dedicate its effort and funds to help alliviate poverty and improve the livelihood of those who are living under the poverty line by set up its own charity trust account which source derived solely from its travel and tourism business. The foundation also dedicate its effort to raise further fund and work closely with other private donors locally and internationally from all over the world.
